Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing for a growing client base. You will handle scheduled and off-cycle payrolls, enter changes, and validate data with precision.

The role requires strong Excel and Office skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve payroll issues and ensure compliant processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcomed.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; payroll exposure preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day payroll processing support for scheduled and off-cycle payrolls.
• Import or manually enter payroll changes and verify data entries.
• Calculate payroll and confirm accurate client-provided data.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, cases, and calls; maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with Payroll Supervisors on projects and manage assigned book of business.
