Qualifications

• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll consulting to clients and ensure payroll information is accurate.
• Review and process payrolls to meet deadlines, update records, and reconcile taxes/payments.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Provide technical support and train clients on payroll processes.
• Support implementation team and contribute to successful client onboarding.
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced staff regarding payroll procedures.
