Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Payroll Client Support Specialist to provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients. Under supervision, manage client relationships and escalate issues for prompt resolution.

You will ensure payroll data accuracy, process payrolls on time, prepare earnings and tax reports, and stay up-to-date on payroll laws. Experience with ADP software, Outlook, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree
• Associate degree preferred
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their specific payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines including updating employee records, bonus/severance, and tax calculations, and reconciling deposits and withholdings
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions
