Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their specific payroll system and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review and/or process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines including bonuses or severance, tax calculations, and deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and effectively consult on payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Provide technical software support to clients and identify opportunities to expand services.
• Be an additional resource to implementation teams and train clients on payroll processes.
