Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Payroll Client Services professional to provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients. You will understand payroll deeply, stay current on laws, and manage client relationships with independence while escalating issues as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll data, processing payrolls on deadlines, preparing earnings and tax reports, and training clients on payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients under supervision
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain confidentiality
• Be an additional resource to the implementation team when needed
• Train clients on payroll processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Identify opportunities to expand services to clients
• Maintain knowledge of payroll laws and practices to advise clients
