Job summary

Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking a Payroll Support professional to deliver direct service and consultation to our payroll clients. Under supervision, you will independently manage client relationships and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolutions.

You will support payroll processing, maintain confidentiality of employee data, and contribute to client satisfaction by providing clear, accurate communications and effective software guidance.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong and trusted client relationships by effectively consulting with clients on all payroll related matters.
• Maintain confidence of employee data by keeping all information confidential.
• Accurately convey detailed information in both written and verbal format.
• Provide technical software support to clients.
• Identify and accurately capture out of scope work.
• Identify new opportunities to expand services to clients.
