Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately and professionally communicates with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct payroll consulting and support to clients.
• Independently manage client relationships under supervision, escalating when needed.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy within client systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely, update records, calculate bonuses/severance, and reconcile taxes.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Offer technical software support and identify out-of-scope work.
• Identify opportunities to expand services to clients.
• Assist implementation team and train clients on payroll processes.
• Mentor newer staff and share knowledge with colleagues.
