Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented and highly accurate in payroll work.
• Strong organization and time management skills; deadline driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update employee records and calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train them on payroll processes.
• Assist with implementation projects and identify opportunities to expand services.
