Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting or closely related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to report to the assigned work location and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly payroll including setup/termination/maintenance of employees.
• Process benefits setup, annual updates, and deductions; generate system reports.
• Reconcile employee benefit invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Ensure quarterly filings and W-2s are accurate and on time.
• Manage 401(k) plan administration in coordination with participants and providers.
