Job summary

Briarwood Health Center by Harborview in Tucker, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our faith-based team responsible for accurate payroll operations.

You will maintain payroll records, prepare earnings and tax reports, resolve discrepancies, manage exemptions and coverage changes, and support benefits administration. This role emphasizes confidentiality and accuracy in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (experience with Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred)
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus
