Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring a Payroll Coordinator to support daily payroll operations, timekeeping, and payroll processing for staff and agencies in Lacey, WA. You will audit records, prepare labor cost reports, and answer employee payroll questions to ensure accuracy and timely pay.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll, timekeeping, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Paychex or similar payroll software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily staffing agency attendance across the Service Center.
• Audit and submit weekly Time & Attendance reports for executive approval.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll using Paychex and meet payroll deadlines.
• Calculate and verify puller incentive payments for accuracy.
• Prepare weekly staffing agency and labor cost reports for Accounting.
• Review and approve agency PARs and payroll adjustments.
• Audit weekly agency and labor invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a resource for payroll questions and requests.
• Research payroll discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate payroll and attendance records.
• Support payroll department with daily tasks as needed.
