Qualifications

• Certification or Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service.
• Good research and analysis abilities.
• Reliable attendance and ability to report to assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy.
• Set up/terminate employees and benefits in the system; manage deductions.
• Prepare quarterly payroll filings and annual W-2s.
• Post payroll entries to the general ledger and support accounting.
