Job summary

Robinson Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure accurate, timely processing for 900+ employees and maintain payroll records to support HR/compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of payroll best practices, federal/state regulations, and multi-state payroll. This is an office-based role with no remote work, offering competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll experience with hands-on use of ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employee data in ADP Workforce Now and ensure data accuracy.
• Process biweekly payroll for 900+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain payroll records including new hires, terminations, wage adjustments, and deductions.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy before submission.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Manage direct deposit, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on audits and reporting.
