Nimbus Atlantic Partners in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join our team. This full-time role processes payroll, maintains records, and ensures accurate, timely compensation for employees.

You will verify payroll data, issue paychecks or direct deposits, and prepare reports (W-2s, W-3s). A 1–2 year background in payroll and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. We offer health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word) and payroll documentation familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Process and verify payroll data (timesheets, wages, deductions) for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks and direct deposits in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure tax and labor law compliance.
• Assist in payroll reporting (W-2, W-3, etc.).
• Provide payroll support to employees and respond to pay-related inquiries.
