Qualifications

• Proficiency with timekeeping systems (Kronos).
• Proficiency with laptop and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for hourly and salaried staff accurately and on time.
• Prepare Kronos entries and update payroll records.
• Issue paychecks as needed and maintain records including PTO and rosters.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and ensure data confidentiality.
