• Experience with Skyward or Red Rover payroll software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical accuracy and strict confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeping and data entry of hours, timesheets, and attendance into the payroll system.
• Process bi-weekly payroll including regular hours, overtime, and leave.
• Calculate deductions and tax withholdings and manage benefits.
• Maintain payroll records and manage new hire setups and direct deposit details.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support PTO balances.
• Prepare periodic payroll reports and assist with tax reconciliations and audits.
