Job summary

Mor Furniture for Less is seeking a Payroll Processor for our San Diego Corporate office. The role handles payroll for ~500 employees (hourly, salaried, commissions) with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 9/80 work arrangement, onsite at Miramar Road location, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, health options, early wage access, and more.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong math, spreadsheet and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day payroll functions.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately.
• Perform audits and analyses for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Paylocity as service provider.
• Research payroll issues and policies as needed.
• Assist timecard audits and corrections.
• Support HR with cross-department duties.
• Complete ad-hoc payroll projects.
