Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a collaborative Human Resources team and own accurate, timely domestic payroll processing while supporting international payroll operations.

The role will reconcile payroll data, manage tax and garnishment matters, resolve complex employee issues, support audits and year-end filings, and partner with internal stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of payroll preparation experience supporting a multi-location organization with domestic payrolls.
• International payroll-processing experience.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and time-and-attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and garnishments.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, including payroll auditing, master spreadsheets, and lookup functions.
• Ability to independently drive payroll processes and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to protect confidential employee and payroll information.
