Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Atlanta, GA for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on payroll processing, time and attendance, and SAP time systems expertise. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience and be comfortable with W-2 engagements.

Qualifications

Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Payroll Specialist. Position type: Full-time - Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track employee work schedules and rosters.
• Maintains employee databases to manage and process employee time.
• Work independently with moderate supervision on short to medium term projects and audits to ensure policy and wage/hour compliance.
• Review and act on audit reports to ensure legacy time systems are in sync with SAP, Time and quota calculations are accurate, and to identify and resolve employee pay discrepancies.
• Tier 2 response to resolve and communicate complex resolution of employee pay concerns or quota balance disputes that local time admins or leaders are unable to resolve.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for SAP Time and quota, schema, MPS, time collection, time and attendance policies, and employee/station scheduling practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Time and Attendance/Payroll Experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Excel and Word experience - understands timesheets.
• Need to be very detailed oriented, have good communication skills, learn fast.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range & Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $20 - $22 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
