Jobot is seeking a payroll specialist for a growing construction company in Rio Rancho, NM. You will handle weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring accurate wages, overtime, deductions, and multi-state tax compliance.

The role emphasizes certified payroll familiarity and collaboration with HR and accounting. A relevant accounting/finance degree is preferred, with 2+ years of payroll experience and strong data accuracy skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
