Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions regarding payroll and benefits products and provide navigation support; data maintenance and configuration changes as needed.
• Assist clients with payroll processing and tax changes; communicate updates to clients and monitor tax registrations.
• Act as a trusted advisor; provide consultative support and recommendations on product optimization during calls and interactions.
• Support quarter- and year-end tasks; help resolve issues in partnership with clients and document changes needed for processing.
• Prepare complex reports and perform data research to identify adjustments and corrections.
