Deliver practical demos, migrations, and scalable enablement content across the partner ecosystem. You will join a dedicated team supporting payroll and practice workflow solutions, traveling to roadshows

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consultative sales.
• Strong listening, planning, and guiding stakeholders through change.
• Practical payroll operations knowledge and cloud accounting software experience.
• CPA or accounting background with enthusiasm for continuous learning.

• Champion adoption of Xero and Xero Payroll across accounting practices.
• Partner with accountants and bookkeepers to uncover bottlenecks and demonstrate the payroll platform.
• Guide partners through pre- and post-sales journeys with tailored demos and migrations.

• Travel ~25% in field and ~10% for internal events to support partners.
