Xero seeks an Associate Solutions Consultant to support the Partner Sales channel, guiding firms through onboarding, data migration, and software implementation to unlock the value of the Xero ecosystem.

You will deliver tailored trainings and webinars to empower accountants and bookkeepers to streamline workflows, activate subscriptions, and drive client success while working across multiple teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and practice workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for software demos and training.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms and the SaaS space.

Responsabilités

• Guide partners through data conversions and file preparation using migration tools.
• Deliver 1:1 and group trainings and webinars on Xero and related products.
• Manage external stakeholder expectations and schedule onboarding sessions (virtual/on-site).
• Maintain accurate partner contact details and logs in Salesforce CRM and create self-serve guidance resources.
