Job summary

Xero is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to support the Partner Sales channel, guiding accounting practices through onboarding, data migration, and software implementation to maximize value from the Xero ecosystem.

You’ll deliver tailored group webinars and 1:1 training, empowering accountants and bookkeepers to streamline workflows and activate subscriptions. Travel up to 50–75% initially, with remote options as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and practice workflows.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and training.

Responsibilities

• Guide partners through onboarding, data migration, and software implementation.
• Deliver group webinars and 1:1 training sessions on Xero products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and schedule onboarding; document logs in Salesforce.
