Job summary

ADP is hiring a Payroll Support Representative -- Level I to assist Major Accounts Comprehensive Services clients. You will handle inquiries across WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal, and HRB, performing troubleshooting, data maintenance, and feature setup.

Collaboration with multiple ADP teams and vendors ensures accurate payroll guidance and compliance across state/local rules. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), plus at least two years in payroll

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll tax deposits, filings, wage and hour laws.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and ADP tools (WFN/Portal, PR/HR/TA modules).

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions about WFN, PayX, ezLM, Portal and HRB.
• Assist with client data maintenance and configuration changes.
• Perform new feature setup requests and document changes.
• Support payroll processing questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Research inquiries using online tools and internal resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors; escalate when needed.
