Job summary

Symphony Solution, Inc. in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Product Manager to lead payroll capabilities through the full product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Pre-Builders, UX designers, architects and developers to shape problem definition, design and launch strategies for compliant, cost-saving payroll solutions. You will drive technical solutioning, AI-enabled discovery, and a clear product roadmap while aligning stakeholders across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Payroll domain and strong payroll/product expertise.
• 3–5 years of experience as an enterprise B2B Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or implementation/service consultant.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical requirements and work with architecture and engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, system integrations, data flows, and cloud-based product development.
• Experience in Agile product development and collaboration with engineering, UX, architecture and business stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development tools or practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and align teams on priorities in a modern AI-enabled development environment.
• Drive technical solutioning and architecture decisions for payroll capabilities and define scalable solutions.
• Operate as a Pre-Builder within the AI-DLC, turning ideas into build-ready concepts with engineering and UX partners.
• Document and prioritize product features and user stories based on payroll/business requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across developers, architects, other PMs, UX, payroll SMEs to drive innovation.
• Measure product effectiveness, define success metrics, and use data to drive priorities.
