Cbase Inc. is seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst for Payroll to drive next-generation payroll capabilities from problem definition through launch and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep Payroll domain expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to lead multiple teams while aligning with customers and internal partners to maximize client and financial impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Payroll domain.
• 3-5 years in enterprise B2B product management, technical product management, business analysis, or implementation/service consulting.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations and cloud-based product development.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Scrum: collaborate with teams to understand responsibilities, resolve dependencies, and set priorities.
• Technical solutioning & architecture: translate requirements into scalable payroll solutions with APIs and integrations.
• Pre-Builder & AI-DLC: leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
• Product vision & roadmap: document features, prioritize user stories and track market trends.
• Collaboration & partnership: align with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Metrics: define success metrics and drive product decisions using data.
• Alignment: communicate decisions and defend recommendations to stakeholders.
