Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the next-gen AI-native HCM platform for small businesses. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to ship capabilities that improve payroll, HR, and compliance.

You will rely on client data, analytics, and your curiosity to define sharp requirements and guide the roadmap with evidence. You will lead daily scrums, prioritize with cross-functional teams, and measure product performance to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical/analytical/design background is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience building and delivering digital products with agile teams and partners.
• Proven track record integrating GenAI/LLM tooling into professional workflows.
• Ability to articulate tradeoffs and risks in AI/LLM implementations.
• Ability to discuss API design and AI/LLM system behaviors with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and research to prioritize and unblock work.
• Define requirements, break problems into increments, and drive product decisions.
• Instrument the product, monitor metrics, and measure business outcomes.
• Engage with clients and partners to steer the roadmap based on evidence.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate effectively in Jira/Confluence for planning and documentation.
