Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Shared Team Services in Coppell, TX. You will manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles, handle Time & Attendance, and ensure compliance for a multi-state workforce.

You will administer deductions, benefits, and 401K with high accuracy, maintain audit-ready records, and partner with HR and Finance to improve payroll processes. Precision and timeliness are essential to support our people across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software
• Certified Payroll reporting and Prevailing Wage experience
• 2+ years of payroll processing in a multi-state environment
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance

Responsibilities

• Direct weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
• Manage Time & Attendance; resolve timecard errors and audit reporting
• Calculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, bonuses, and prevailing wages
• Handle certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage administration
• Administer all deductions including benefits, garnishments, and 401K
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records across locations and states
• Generate reports for data analysis and compliance verification
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and branch operations for data integrity
