DuraServ in Coppell, TX is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll for a multi-state workforce using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing. You will handle Time & Attendance, deductions, benefits, and compliance reporting, including certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements, maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software.
• Demonstrated experience with Certified Payroll reporting and Prevailing Wage.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state or multi-location environment.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for a multi-state, multi-location workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage Time & Attendance system — resolving timecard errors, auditing time reporting, and ensuring every hour worked is captured correctly before processing.
• Calculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages with precision and consistency.
