Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Corporate Shared Team Services team in Coppell, TX. You will manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles, administer Time & Attendance in ADP Workforce Now, and ensure compliance with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements.

You'll handle deductions, benefits, and 401(k) with precision, generate audit-ready reports, and partner with HR, Finance, and operations to maintain data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software — required.
• Experience with Certified Payroll reporting and Prevailing Wage — required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for a multi-location workforce using ADP Workforce Now.
• Manage Time & Attendance system and audit time reporting to ensure accurate hours before processing.
• Calculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages with precision.
