Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 to join our hybrid team in Washington. You will process weekly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes, prepare checks, compute gross and net pay, and maintain payroll records with precision.

You will assist with quarterly tax reporting, year-end reconciliations, and respond to payroll questions from plant HR and Finance. Strong ADP experience and Excel skills are required, with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient with multi-state payroll and payroll tax basics.
• Experience with ADP platforms and payroll processing.
• Excellent Excel skills with intermediate formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes.
• Prepare, document, and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolve related issues.
• Assist with year-end payroll reporting and 401k reconciliation.
• Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff on payroll matters.
• Handle compliance reporting, tax reporting, and garnishment processing.
