Job summary

Paylocity, located in Rochester, NY, seeks an Operations professional to lead elevated payroll and HR data services within the Elevate Solutions team. This 100% in-office role emphasizes accuracy, client focus, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

You will work on-site five days a week, handling complex payroll processes, data management, and client inquiries while mentoring teammates and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Managed Services.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll service bureau, benefits center, or payroll/HR/benefits administrator.
• Expert proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or client interfacing role.
• Strong time-management and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Data accuracy and proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with executive-level and enterprise clients.
• Manage complex payroll and HR data entry with accuracy.
• Resolve client issues and escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain knowledge of platforms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and payroll policies.
• Assist with tax filings and deadlines.
• Mentor and support team members and onboarding.
