The Team Lead will coordinate workload, implement process improvements, and collaborate with the Elevate Solutions Team to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Successful experience in escalations and at risk client retention efforts.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational initiative, guidance and support across a Client Services Team of Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance (quantitative and qualitative) and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Work with clients on escalated issues and coordinate work across the team.
• Identify and facilitate process improvements and workload management.
• Oversee workload coordination and cross-team communication for maximum team effectiveness.
