You will handle complex payroll tasks, maintain client data, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while mentoring peers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant HCM experience.
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems, HCM workflows, and data management.
• Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing role with proven ability to manage escalations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: End-to-end payroll tasks with accuracy.
• Data Maintenance: Update HR, timekeeping, and pay data precisely.
• Client Issue Resolution: Handle day-to-day service requests and escalate when needed.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain advanced platform knowledge and contribute to docs.
• Quality & Compliance: Perform audits to ensure compliance with contracts and standards.
