Paylocity, an award-winning cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Manager, Managed Services in Meridian, ID. This 100% in-office role leads a team of Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention, while coordinating with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leadership in customer service, plus experience with payroll/HCM software and KPIs. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with reporting and tracking KPIs.
• Experience leading other leaders preferred.
• Experience in HCM/Payroll industry and payroll/HCM software.
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
• Facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for staff.
