Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2 years payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Successful experience in escalations and at-risk client retention efforts.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing learning opportunities.
• Coordinate workload across the team to meet priorities and ensure responsiveness.
• Act as first level escalation and engage clients to resolve issues.
• Lead training, coaching and mentoring of Account Managers.
• Develop metrics and reporting to drive continual improvement.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
