Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager Implementation Ops for our Meridian, ID location. You will lead the Implementation Support team, coach staff, and ensure accurate setup of Web Pay products within SLAs.

You will also partner with Learning & Development to identify training gaps and improvements while guiding performance feedback and staff development. The role emphasizes recruiting, hiring, and motivating the team to meet departmental goals, with on-site work five days a week in Meridian, ID.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience, with team development in a matrix environment a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in applicable focus area or equivalent experience.
• Strong mathematical ability and ability to learn payroll software.
• Experience in team development and workflow processes; matrix environment a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting to resolve client payroll issues.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; client satisfaction a priority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Project Management and/or Change Management a plus.
• Knowledge of Access, SQL or Crystal Reports a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Implementation support staff; drive service levels and client satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities and mentor staff; provide feedback and recognition.
• Coordinate with other org lanes to ensure policy/procedure consistency.
• Work with Learning & Development to identify training gaps and needs.
• Develop and implement employee motivation activities and incentives.
• Handle disciplinary issues as necessary and participate in hiring.
