Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar payroll role.
• Experience with a large in-house payroll.
• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience leading a payroll team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise multi-state payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll coordinators and payroll operations across regions.
• Maintain NACHA and Positive Pay files and ensure compliance.
• Address employee inquiries on wages, deductions, and taxes.
• Support audits and respond to auditors with records.
• Keep payroll policies and procedures up to date.
