The company processes payroll in-house, no outsourcing. The successful candidate will lead the payroll team, ensure compliance, and support expansion as revenues exceed $1b.

Qualifications

• Must have in-house payroll experience across multiple states.
• Experience managing a payroll team, even if small.
• The company uses an in-house proprietary payroll system, no outsourcing to ADP/UKG/Paychex.
