Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas seeks a Payroll leader to manage outsourced payroll, ensure data integrity, and provide strategic insights through analysis. You will collaborate with finance and HR teams, supervise staff, and drive process improvements in a hybrid onsite setting at Hartsville, SC or Charlotte, NC.

The role requires 5+ years in HR data management and payroll coordination, with strong knowledge of Workday/ADP Lyric and payroll laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management and payroll coordination.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HRIS/HRCM systems, and payroll/labor laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software (Workday, ADP Lyric) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll provider for accurate, timely processing.
• Manage payroll schedules, deductions, and adjustments with external partner.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies; respond to plant/employee inquiries.
