Job summary

Caliber Collision Seaside is seeking an Office Manager to handle front office duties, payroll/HR administration, and financial tasks while ensuring a world-class customer experience. You will train teammates and uphold company SOPs through ongoing monitoring.

The role emphasizes timely payroll, accounts management and strong customer service in a fast-paced collision center environment, with opportunities for growth and hands-on production shop experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office support including tools, training and information for teammates.
• Process payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures.
