Job summary

Solar Gaines is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and staff, ensuring accurate processing and timely payroll disbursement. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required, with at least three years of payroll experience and knowledge of Foundations, Workmax, and Payroll4construction.

This is an in-person, full-time role in Hunt Valley, MD. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with certified payroll and compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform payroll functions for the company.
• Delegate authority and accountability for payroll duties.
• Assist in implementing day-to-day payroll policies and procedures.
• Process and verify time cards/sheets in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll checks per pay periods to ensure timely delivery of employee checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet company needs.
