Fidelity Building Services Group is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Hunt Valley, MD to manage weekly and biweekly payroll for multiple states, ensuring compliance and accurate time data entry. This in-office role requires meticulous records handling and collaboration with department managers to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have multi-state payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and a solid data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Multi‑state payroll experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Great Plains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll for multiple states with compliance.
• Run and audit payroll reports, fix discrepancies, post-payroll reporting.
• Calculate and report on Davis Bacon Wages and Fringes.
• Maintain employee data: hires, terminations, changes (direct deposit, taxes).
• Track payroll history and post costs to job-related accounting.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure payroll accuracy and smooth ops.
