• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Oversee payroll audits, tax filings, garnishments, and reporting requirements.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain and optimize payroll systems, processes, and internal controls.
