• 3+ years of corporate payroll experience.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll taxes and laws.
• Experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees.
• Strong understanding of federal and state payroll tax compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting, pivots, lookups, and reconciliations.
• Ability to research and interpret state payroll laws and regulations.
• Comfortable handling complex payroll issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior resource to the payroll team on complex payroll matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy, and compliance.
• Work closely with payroll leadership on escalations and special projects.
