The role requires extensive payroll knowledge, leadership experience, and a track record of improving controls and efficiency. On-site position with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Seven years of payroll experience with full-cycle payroll processing and compliance expected.
• Experience supervising or managing payroll staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees payroll processing and accuracy to ensure timely wage payments.
• Leads payroll department, coaching staff and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintains payroll systems, internal controls, and data integrity.
• Supports audits with accurate payroll records and reports.
• Responds to escalations from employees and managers on pay issues.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, and Operations to optimize payroll workflows.
