Job description

Our firm is seeking a highly motivated individual to conduct a high volume of recruiting activities daily. The ideal candidate must work well in a team environment and be capable of creating and maintaining a functional home office. There is a clear pathway for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Finding candidates through research, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Pre-qualifying candidates and conducting numerous phone interviews to assess skills, employment history, and qualifications.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Hours & Pay: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday (Fridays off). The schedule is highly flexible, making it ideal for a working parent. Compensation is $16 per hour, with significant bonus opportunities. Benefits include a strong retirement plan, vacation days, sick leave, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Extensive supervisory or hiring experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in recruiting, supervision, or customer service.
