We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Contract Technical Recruiter to support our engineering talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top engineering talent.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or full-time opportunities depending on business needs and performance.

The impact you will have

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define the ideal candidate profile.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top talent.
• Engage, pitch, and interview candidates for engineering roles.
• Optimize interview processes to improve speed and team talent density.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, resume review, candidate engagement, assessment, and offer preparation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience with clear communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a track record of hiring exceptional engineering talent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, platforms, and social media for recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail.

Pay and benefits

The estimated starting hourly rate for this role is $40-$60, depending on location and experience.
