This multifaceted role combines payroll management, compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across the APAC region, including Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. The goal is to deliver precise, compliant payroll services to our regional workforce. The role involves leading regional operations and supporting transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
